A jelentkezés folyamata

Az interjúval kapcsolatos tudnivalók

Egyszerűen nézd át aktuális pozíciónkat itt. Ha találsz olyat, ami érdekel, már jelentkezhetsz is, de ha más az elképzelésed, akkor is örömmel fogadunk! Küldd el nekünk önéletrajzod (lehetőleg angol és magyar nyelvűt is!).

Motivációs levélre nincs szükség, de ha szeretnéd megkönnyíteni a munkánk, pár sorban válaszold meg a következő kérdéseket:

 

1.Mikor hívhatunk telefonon? (Mi akár munkaidő után és hétvégén is szívesen elbeszélgetünk Veled, így bátran megadhatsz ilyen időpontokat is.)

2.Milyen pozíció/feladat érdekelne? Csak alkalmazotti, vagy alvállalkozói munkát szeretnél? Esetleg mindkettőt? 3. Mikor tudnál kezdeni?

4. Ha határozott elképzelésed van a fizetési elvárásaidról, írd meg jelentkezésedben! Jelöltjeinkkel nyíltan megbeszéljük az adott pozícióhoz kapcsolódó és a piacon tapasztalt fizetési lehetőségeket is.

Önéletrajzod beérkezését követően hamarosan jelentkezünk, hogy a további részleteket megbeszéljük, illetve interjúidőpontot egyeztessünk.

Az interjúzás velünk különbözik az állásinterjútól. Nevezzük inkább beszélgetésnek. Onnantól kezdve, hogy kapcsolatba léptünk, téged az ügyfelünknek tekintünk, azt pedig a szívügyünknek, hogy mindent megtegyünk azért, hogy olyan munkahelyet találjunk számodra, ahol nemcsak remekül érzed magad, de szakmailag is kiteljesedhetsz. Ehhez azonban először is alaposan meg kell ismerjünk. 

Ezért azt kérjük, hogy a beszélgetéshez:

 

1. Ne öltözz ki! Olyan ruhában beszélgess velünk, amilyenben dolgozni jársz és amiben jó érzed magad. 

 

2. Add önmagad! Mi téged szeretnénk megismerni, hogy lássuk, milyen szervezeti kultúrában, melyik partnerünknél éreznéd jól magad. 

 

3. Az interjú végén átbeszéljük az aktuális lehetőségeket, illetve közösen áttekintjük az önéletrajzod, és ingyenes önéletrajz tanácsadással zárjuk a beszélgetést. 

Test Manager - Münich

- an experienced Test manager,you have at least 2-3 years of leadership experience

- able to communicate in English at a professional level in writing and speaking as well. 

-able to communicate in German fluently and at a professional level 

-Good organizer with excellent communication skills

- quality oriented, yet someone who keeps deadlines

- good problem solver 

- experienced in test automation, manual testing, Java and some script languages, as well as Jira and SCRUM.

- Ideally, you have relevant degree and ISTQB certification

Software Tester - Münich

- a brilliant software tester with at least 3 years of professional experience

- able to communicate in English at a professional level in writing and speaking as well.

- quality-oriented, yet someone who keeps deadlines

- good problem solver 

- experienced in test automation, manual testing, Java and some script languages, as well as Jira and SCRUM.

The Task:

  • Developing and integrating high quality software systems for business purposes 

  • Using modern technolologies by taking industry standards and best practices into consideration.

Requirements:

  • More than 3 years of experience in JAVA EE / SE technologies as a software developer

  • Professional use of OOA & OOD methodologies and UML 

  • You are familiar with both agile and traditional software development methodologies,  preferably  have some experience in Scrum.

  • Experience in the use of middleware components.

  • Strong analytic, abstraction and problem solving skills.

  • Quality-oriented, system approached 

  • Able to communicate in German and in English  fluently and at a professional level 

  • Co-operative attitude, team player 

  • Open-minded, communicative personality 

  • Good concentration skills, excellent problem solver
